How to buy tickets?
Tickets for the festival at a promotional price can be purchased in advance until February 3 rd at 23:00. After this date, if there are any remaining tickets, they will be available for cash purchase the day of the festival for PLN 140.
To purchase a pre-sale ticket, fill out the form below. In response, you will receive confirmation and further information on how to make a payment. Payments for pre-sale tickets are accepted by bank transfer to the Organizer’s account or via PayPal (a 5% fee will be added to the ticket price). Payments must be made no later than three days after placing the order, otherwise the order will expire.
Remember to fill out the form before making the payment. Thanks to this you will be added to the guest list and your place will be reserved.
We will respond to every request within 24 hours after the completion of the form. Remember to provide a valid email address!
Due to the size of the venue, the number of tickets is limited. If pre-sale tickets are sold out, there will be no possibility to buy tickets on site for cash.
Festival T-Shirts
When ordering tickets, you can also place an order for a festival shirt. The t-shirts cost PLN 65. The t-shirts will be sold during the pre-sale and for cash on the day of the festival. After the purchase, they will be picked up at the festival’s reception desk on February 9, 2019. Please note that the quantities of the sizes are limited.

Festival hoodie
When ordering tickets, you can also place an order for a festival hoodie. The hoodies cost PLN 150. The hoodies will only be sold during the pre-sale. After the purchase, they will be picked up at the festival’s reception desk on February 9, 2019. Due to the long process of making these hoodies, we will only accept orders until January 20, 2019. The hoodies will not be available for sale in cash!

Festival Banquet
After the festival presentations, at 20:45, a banquet will take place in the historic buildings of the University. During the party, all festival speakers and sponsor representatives will be present. A buffet and alcoholic beverages will be served. The festival guests will be voting on the best exploration project of the past year, the best festival presentation, and the most interesting exhibition – the winners will be given a statuette! During the banquet, there will also be two 15 minute presentations by Richie Kohler and David Mearns.
Speakers of the 8 th edition will also have the opportunity to present their plans for the future. The participants of the banquet will take part in a lottery of valuable prizes that the sponsors have donated. Participation in the banquet costs PLN 200 (per person). Due to the limited number of places, only 40 people can take part in this event. Do not hesitate to buy your tickets for the banquet!
